About Palmer Family Law

Palmer Family Law is an independent family law support company founded to help people who need assistance navigating the Family Court process but may not require, or be able to access, full solicitor representation.

We provide structured support with the practical side of family law proceedings, helping clients prepare and better understand the process they are going through.

Our Founder

Palmer Family Law was founded by Emma Palmer, who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) and has over six years of legal experience.

Emma created the business after seeing how difficult family law can be for people trying to manage the process on their own. Court procedures, paperwork and legal terminology can quickly become overwhelming, particularly when someone is already dealing with a difficult situation at home.

Her aim was straightforward: to create a professional service that helps people feel more organised, informed and prepared when navigating family law matters.
