Fixed-fee packages are available for most services and can be discussed during your initial enquiry.

• Assistance organising evidence bundles (non-reserved activities)

• Preparing position statements

• Guidance on what to expect at hearings

Court preparation packages are available for clients requiring structured support over multiple sessions.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable in advance of work commencing.
For fixed-fee services, payment arrangements will be agreed at the outset.
